Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural retail sales, showcasing a successful track record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capability to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Preferred: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products, including their agricultural applications.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year plus commission.
