Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and customized recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical products tailored to the specific needs of growers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and product innovations to offer valuable insights that drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and outstanding customer service.
- Act as a representative of the brand, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural retail sales, showcasing a successful track record.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capability to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes.
- Preferred: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
- In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products, including their agricultural applications.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year plus commission.
