We are in search of a Senior Product Manager who will spearhead the design and execution of our innovative Modern POS product suite. As an integral part of our organization, you will utilize your technical acumen and extensive experience to provide significant solutions for our clientele. This position requires close collaboration with our engineering team and a thorough understanding of the POS, payment systems, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategic priorities to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group to develop and refine the Modern POS platform.
  • Forge relationships with industry partners to establish a comprehensive Modern POS offering.
  • Identify user challenges, propose creative solutions, and transform ideas into tangible prototypes.
  • Draft product requirements and specifications, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to outline user experiences and information architectures.
  • Partner with customer success teams to enhance the adoption of Modern POS solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably with experience in SaaS solutions for POS, e-commerce, or payment processing.
  • Familiarity with retail technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful products.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Previous involvement in startup environments and readiness to embrace a variety of responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision to various stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, especially multi-tenant architectures.
  • Experience with cloud service providers such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is advantageous.
