We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our innovative Modern POS product suite. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with our engineering team and gaining a thorough understanding of the POS, payment systems, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and priorities to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance and expand the Modern POS platform.
  • Forge alliances with industry players to develop a comprehensive Modern POS offering.
  • Analyze user challenges, propose creative solutions, and transform ideas into tangible prototypes.
  • Draft product requirements and specifications, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to shape user experiences and information architecture.
  • Partner with customer success teams to promote the adoption of Modern POS solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably with experience in SaaS solutions for POS, e-commerce, or payment processing.
  • Familiarity with retail technology is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful products.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Previous involvement in startup environments and readiness to embrace varied responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills to convey product vision to diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, especially multi-tenant architectures.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
