Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools; familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in research analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and apply research methodologies and best practices in a practical environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic setting.
