We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at KBR. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our senior leaders and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of KBR's policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
