  • Understand work priorities and schedules.
  • May supervise and coordinate the activities of other project support personnel.
  • Keep abreast of project and department systems, services relevant to the area of responsibility, and project process improvements, procedures, and practices.
  • Prepare documents, using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other project databases, as needed, to support work activities.
  • Process a variety of procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with maintaining project databases within assigned departments and may produce logs and reports.
  • Assist in gathering information, such as status reports, for project field supervisors and other project personnel as requested.
  • Implement procedures and may train personnel in the area of responsibility, including the use of project automated systems.
  • May review and resolve daily project support tasks on the project.
  • Assist in collecting and providing information to support records compliance assessments.
  • Update, maintain, and track files within project tracking systems.
  • Assist in compiling, creating, and maintaining project reports as directed by the supervisor.
  • Be punctual and maintain a dependable level of attendance in accordance with project work rules.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
