Job Title: Equipment Preservation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Preservation Specialist to join our team at Airswift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of equipment within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verification of Best Practice: Verify best practice methods used for written detailed preservation plans on various types of equipment, ensuring alignment with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Routine Maintenance: Verify regular inspections and maintenance tasks are performed to prevent equipment degradation, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Work with contractors to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly, read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to prevent future equipment problems.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and equipment vendors to ensure effective best practice preservation and maintenance activities are being followed, and communicate with owner project managers to provide updates on equipment status and preservation activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all preservation and maintenance activities comply with contractor and owner safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to team members on preservation and maintenance procedures, offer technical support and guidance to contractors regarding equipment preservation and maintenance, and ensure all preservation and maintenance activities are documented and recorded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preservation, or a related field, with experience working with LNG various industrial equipment on MEGA Project.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, proficiency in using maintenance management software, and relevant certifications in equipment maintenance or preservation.
Work Environment:

This role may require working in various locations, including fabrication sites, storage facilities, and owner sites. The successful candidate must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and inspecting equipment, and be willing to travel as needed.
