Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bechtel Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and project files.
- Facilitate the efficient operation of departments by performing administrative and team-supporting role tasks.
- Perform administrative duties, including composing routine correspondence and coordinating activities.
- Check the quality of own work.
- Assist in coordinating meeting arrangements.
- Understand work scope and integrate priorities for the project.
- Understand work priorities and schedules.
- May supervise and coordinate the activities of other project support personnel.
- Stay up-to-date on project and department systems, services, and process improvements.
- Prepare documents to support work activities.
- Process procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining project databases and producing logs and reports.
- Assist in gathering information for project field supervisor(s) and other project personnel.
- Implement procedures and train personnel in area of responsibility.
- Review and resolve daily project support tasks.
- Assist in collecting and providing information for records compliance assessments.
- Update, maintain, and track files within project tracking systems.
- Assist in compiling and creating project reports.
- Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
