ClubCorp is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality food and beverage experiences for our members and guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Service Director in overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant, including casual, fine dining, and private events.
- Supervise set-ups, breakdowns, staffing levels, and quality of service while maintaining financial goals.
- Coordinate with department heads and employee partners to execute high levels of service at all times.
- Manage, train, and create an engaging atmosphere for employee partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Member Relations Director, Private Events Director, and event hosts to ensure seamless event execution.
**Requirements**
- Three years of experience as a server, floor, or bartending supervisor in a la carte or private dining service.
- High-energy, outgoing personality with strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of team leadership and motivation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with members, employee partners, and guests.
- Possesses a passion for exceeding member expectations.
