About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fogo de Chão. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and advise restaurant team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Utilize GuestBridge/OpenTable to manage guest reservations and wait times, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
  • Ensure all employees hold current and valid food handler certifications, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Promote a Culture of Recognition, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory, forecasting, and setting targets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Promote and manage the EcoSure program, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally responsible approach to operations.
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members and guests.
Requirements
  • 5 years of restaurant operations experience, with a minimum of 3 years in churrasco and churrascaria cuisine.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
  • Occasional travel required.
