DCPCA is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager to oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within the organization.
This role will focus on maximizing alignment between value-based care contracts and federally qualified health centers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor key revenue cycle integrity performance indicators and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and value-based initiative protocols.
- Establish, maintain, and contribute to policies and procedures related to revenue cycle management.
- Work with departmental management, partners, and key stakeholders to develop and update internal control documentation.
- Process narratives and risk control matrices periodically to include updated key internal controls, processes identified, and coding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations and improve Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) billing performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to revenue cycle staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on integrity and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue cycle performance improvements.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Google Suite.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) certification will be required within 6 (six) months of hire.
