Providence is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Support the organization's FP&A team in providing guidance to a network of Hospitals, Medical Groups, and Risk Based Entities across all regions.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in the use of Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system.
  • Serve as liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, communicating assignments, deadlines, and key updates.
  • Promote a standardized "best practice" approach for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts to understand and communicate insights on key revenue and expense categories.
  • Consolidate and summarize actual and projected divisional financial performance and key business drivers.
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement plans.
  • Serve as a resource for local finance teams to assist with projects and ad-hoc analytics.
  • Utilize financial reporting tools (Essbase, HFM) and Excel based models to assist in analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a Finance related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications.
