Overview

HHM Hotels - DMV Region is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing market share across our dynamic cluster of branded hotels in the vibrant DC metropolitan area.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Control Room Rates and Availability: Ensure that room rates and availability are optimized to maximize occupancy and revenues in accordance with established guidelines.
  2. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop, communicate, and implement sales strategies, including pricing strategies, channel management, and reservations systems, to drive revenue growth.
  3. Conduct Revenue Management Meetings: Prepare for and conduct weekly Revenue Management meetings to discuss rate and inventory strategies, transient/group pace, competitive business analysis, and financial forecasts.
  4. Initiate Revenue Forecasts: Develop and implement short- and long-term revenue forecasts and generate weekly and monthly critiques to identify areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
  5. Measure and Analyze Booking Trends: Measure and analyze booking trends, pickup, no-shows, and sources of business to inform revenue management decisions.
  6. Manage Rate Strategy Tiers: Manage, produce, and monitor rate strategy tiers, booking pace by market segment, GDS, inventory, and monthly results to optimize revenue.
  7. Collaborate with Departments: Work with various departments to ensure alignment and implement action plans to achieve optimum revenue management.
  8. Establish Relationships: Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships to drive revenue growth and optimize revenue management.
  9. Lead and Develop Team Members: Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director with at least 2 years of experience in the revenue management discipline. A college degree is preferred, and Hilton experience is required, with Marriott experience a plus.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00-$120,000.00, and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry.
