Position Summary:

We are in search of an IT professional with a solid background in both physical and virtual networking, cloud technologies, firewall management, and adherence to security compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess the interpersonal skills necessary to address internal IT challenges, demonstrate adaptability in resolving complex issues, and have a willingness to travel extensively to provide IT mission support nationwide. The IT/Cybersecurity role is crucial to the success of Raven Defense and requires a dedicated and versatile individual capable of navigating the dynamic landscape of our nation's defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering advanced technical assistance to resolve intricate in-house employee issues related to hardware and software.
  • Collaborating directly with IT, Security, Engineering, Procurement, and HR teams to address challenges.
  • Exhibiting flexibility – this role is dynamic and demands quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Managing Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Linux/Windows virtual machines.
  • Employing compliance tools to ensure TCP/IP mission support hardware meets regulatory standards.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing IT support to organizations of various sizes.
  • Familiarity with network routing (switch/router/firewall configuration).
  • IT certifications are advantageous but not mandatory (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, CISA, Microsoft, Fortinet).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred but not essential.
