Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator at La Clinica de Familia. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with our policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and standards.
  • Assist with front office functions, including providing exceptional customer service to patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course.
  • One year of experience in a records department preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
