- Assist with front office functions, including answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course.
- One year of experience in a records department or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
