Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, prepare and review reports, and balance transactions.
  • Security and Safety: Perform security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Guest Services: Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing daily reports, running morning reports, and distributing work as directed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, and proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software.
