Position Overview
This is a contract role focused on providing support to clients regarding basic inquiries related to our products. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails directed to the EnergyLink support team.
  • Ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and delivered in a friendly manner.
  • Adhering to internal protocols for communication.
  • Escalating user contact information when necessary.
  • Maintaining professionalism and composure in all interactions.
  • Guiding clients through applications over the phone.
  • Understanding client needs thoroughly before offering solutions.
  • Troubleshooting basic client issues effectively.
  • Taking initiative and ownership in resolving client concerns.
  • Engaging in cross-training to enhance skills and improve customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid theoretical understanding of the role, typically gained through higher education. Work will be closely monitored for complex tasks while routine situations may require less supervision. Challenges faced may be difficult but generally not overly complex.

Qualifications
Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, land management, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various oil and gas software applications.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:

  • Remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds safely using proper techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Maintain regular attendance and work in an office environment as needed.

Travel requirements are minimal and based on company needs.
