Job Title: Client Support Specialist

At Overhaul LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer shipments and respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, and Customer Support Teams to ensure a thorough approach is taken to address customer needs.
  • Maintain thorough awareness and understanding of Overhaul technology and service products.
  • Execute protocols in relation to monitoring duties, customer inquiries, and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and flexible attitude.
  • Genuine commitment to excellent customer experience.
  • Excitement around working with an innovative and collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a SaaS field.
  • Experience in supply chain or related role.
