About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Alchemy Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing or related field preferred
