Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our floorcovering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales of our floorcovering facilities, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee the operations and sales of our floorcovering facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our market share and increase sales revenue.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our floorcovering team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with commercial consumers, such as large property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community leaders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in facility operations and sales, preferably in the floorcovering industry.
- Proven track record of success in leadership and sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
