About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Disclosure Preparation: Prepare accurate mortgage loans for closing, interacting with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Pre-Closing Condition Satisfaction: Ensure that all pre-closing conditions are met, and the client is fully informed throughout the process.
  • Closing Package Preparation: Prepare and review closing packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Funding Preparation: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate funding.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients regarding third-party grants, down payment assistance, and closing cost coverage.
Requirements
  • Closing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of closing experience or related experience in mortgage systems (LOS and Image).
  • Business Acumen: Proven knowledge of mortgage systems, business operations, and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, administrative, problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
