Regional Director of Product-Led Sales

MongoDB is seeking a visionary Regional Director of Product-Led Sales to spearhead the growth of our Product-Led Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and establish MongoDB as a leader in the data management software market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with SaaS sales and closing new business
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
