Job Title: Regional Sales Director North America

Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Director North America, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional field sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in North America. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional field sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in North America.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
