Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement talent development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including OKR setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to identify performance trends, develop insights, and guide targeted interventions for talent development and performance improvement.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
