Talent Development Manager

Leotek Electronics USA LLC is seeking a talented Talent Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand, foster employee engagement, and execute various HR programs.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy to upskill employees and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement programs and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Implement and evaluate HR programs and systems including HRIS implementation, Best Places to Work programs, etc.
- Champion the needs and interests of employees by actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, employer branding, or employee engagement.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making.
