Talent Management Director

Unreal Gigs is looking for a highly skilled Talent Management Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our staffing branch, managing the full recruitment cycle, and leading a team of recruiters and support staff.
The estimated salary for this position is around $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a Talent Management Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing metrics, budgets, and branch resources to achieve business objectives and ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring that staffing solutions align with their business needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the branch's client base and growing existing accounts.
