Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Bloom Talent. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing and advising clients on HR compliance and processes, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, handling multiple client relationships simultaneously and providing tailored HR solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and advise clients on HR compliance and processes
• Act as a key point of contact for clients
• Partner closely with Engineers
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Stay informed about changing HR laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist with employee benefits administration and compensation analysis

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and processes
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Comfortable working with an Engineering team
• Knowledgeable about state labor laws and regulations
• Experience in HR compliance and documentation
• Excited about working in a startup environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
