CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC is seeking a highly motivated Roofing Sales Canvasser to join our sales team. As a Roofing Sales Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting with potential customers for our roofing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and approach potential customers.
  • Use provided marketing materials and product knowledge to effectively promote our roofing solutions.
  • Assist in generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with homeowners and businesses to understand their roofing needs and provide information about our services.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about our roofing products, materials, and industry trends.
  • Communicate the benefits and advantages of our roofing solutions to potential customers.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
  • Provide feedback from the field to contribute to our sales strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
  • Prepare regular reports on your canvassing activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping and CRM usage.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, plus bonuses (spiffs).
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • Opportunity for additional annual spiffs, potentially increasing your income up to $60,000 annually.
  • Company vehicle provided (must be 21 years or older).
