About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Legal Call Center Agent at the Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group. As a key member of our intake team, you will play a critical role in connecting with new clients, qualifying them for representation in personal injury cases, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify clients for representation in personal injury cases through inbound calls
  • Communicate with the Intake Manager and legal support team members to gather facts on each potential case
  • Send and receive intake documents

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Strong sales knowledge and ability to sign on new clients
  • Bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar legal intake roles, sales, or call center environments
  • CRM/CMS experience
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
