Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with preceptors to provide support and guidance to learners
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 8 years of experience in nursing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Advanced certifications in nursing
  • 2 years of educator experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience
  • 1 year of simulation experience
  • 1 year of demonstrated experience and excellence in nursing education and professional development
