Responsibilities

As a key member of our executive leadership network, you will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, collaborating with the management team to develop operational infrastructure, and making strategic workforce and resource decisions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of hospital operations experience at the leadership level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially

Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required.
