Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Support Coordinator to join our team at Technical Assent. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions for our Federal government client.
  • You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
  • Your key responsibilities will include supporting high-priority projects, organizing and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-up for completion.
  • You will also organize recurring strategy sessions and calls to maintain alignment and progress, conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions.
  • Additionally, you will perform assessments during site visits to identify barriers, risks, and recommend mitigation strategies, provide guidance on implementation challenges, and ensure alignment with program goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, economics, political science, communications, planning, technology and policy, math, statistics, engineering, physical science, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant, professional experience.
  • Curious and open-minded approach to work.
  • Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle.
  • Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
