Job Overview:

This role involves working as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions to support our Federal government client. You will be responsible for providing project coordination support, conducting site visits, and submitting detailed monthly status reports.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, assisting with scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess programs, identify barriers or risks, and provide mitigation strategy recommendations.
  • Support efforts to expand successful initiatives across a broader network.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional videos, training modules, and other media resources.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards highlighting the status, challenges, and key outcomes.
  • Support data collection and analysis to assess the impact and success of each practice.
  • Produce final reports at the end of each implementation phase.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in supporting a Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Curious and open-minded approach to work.
  • Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle.
  • Engage with technology—with comfort and ease.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

 

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$115,000. We offer a highly competitive benefits package, including flexible PTO, healthcare coverage, FSA, HSA, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with employer contributions, training and wellness allowances, and commuter benefits.
