McColm & Company seeks highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Program Support Specialists. Located in the Washington, DC area, St. Petersburg, FL, and remote locations, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on projects supporting U.S. foreign policy and national security.

Job Overview

We are looking for talented professionals with a Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, public policy, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience with basic project management skills. If you have international experience and topical knowledge about foreign affairs, national security, and international development, that's a plus

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of work plans;
  • Assist with maintaining project records;
  • Draft and assist with writing project reports;
  • Take minutes of meetings and action items;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, public policy, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with basic project management skills;
  • International experience and topical knowledge about foreign affairs, national security, and international development is highly desirable;
  • Strong administrative and IT skills: experienced user of Microsoft Office in particular Excel and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools is highly desired;

This role is eligible for McCO's benefits program, which includes 11 paid holidays, generous PTO, health, dental, vision, and disability insurances, and 401k benefits. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
