Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, ensuring proper wound care and prevention.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
