Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting patient comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicating with colleagues and patients.
