Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds, and provide basic care to patients.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure they are providing quality care.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN state license and good standing with the state registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
