Job Title: Senior Inspector

Fuyao Glass America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspector to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our glass manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished glass products to ensure compliance with quality and technology requirements.
  • Identify and detect tempered non-conforming products and provide timely feedback to previous processes.
  • Supervise the correctness of packed sheets and maintain post equipment, tooling, tools, and operation documents.
  • Familiarize yourself with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures.
  • Assist in completing other matters as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Ability to stand for long periods, turn at the waist, reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity, including near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision.
  • Mathematical skills, reasoning ability, and computer skills.
Training and Development:

Fuyao Glass America offers comprehensive training programs, including process, equipment, and inspection instructions, product quality tracking and analysis, project tracking and analysis, and post-related material safety data sheets.
