Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
