Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and in-person to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts under automation system controls.
  • Assist with pricing and quoting, and balance daily invoice edits.
  • Audit open order reports and follow up on customer claims for credit.
  • Manage system invoicing for COD and open-term accounts, and maintain bookkeeping procedures.
  • Assist with furnish and install programs, and process invoicing and installer payables.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and handle incoming telephone calls.
  • Perform various administrative duties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Previous clerical or office experience is beneficial.
