Job Title: RN Patient Flow Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate admissions and manage bed control activities at ECHN. In this vital role, you will lead the nursing admission process, ensuring compliance with all epidemiology requirements and identifying appropriate bed locations based on patient needs.

About the Role:

  • Coordinating with staff RNs to determine admission process timings.
  • Completing the admission process, including physical assessments and educational needs evaluations.
  • Promoting quality improvement initiatives related to patient throughput and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certification is highly desirable.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and health care teams.

Salary:$8,000 SIGN ON BONUS per annum (approximately $8000/year)
