Job SummaryThe School Nurse Coordinator will provide nursing services to students, faculty, and staff, including health assessments, medication administration, and emergency care. The successful candidate will also assist with health education programs, coordinate referrals to medical providers, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing services to students, faculty, and staff
- Conduct health assessments and develop plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid
- Assist with health education programs and promote healthy lifestyles
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current certification
- Experience in school nursing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and outside agencies
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
