Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Coordinator. This role will involve supervising patient care teams in preoperative, operative, and recovery room areas, educating patients and families on surgical procedures, and conducting thorough reviews of patient health questionnaires and medical clearance prior to procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise patient care teams in preoperative, operative, and recovery room areas.
  • Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and set realistic expectations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient health questionnaires and medical clearance prior to procedures.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent experience.
  • BLS certification, ACLS upon hire.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Above average customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Perioperative, Circulating or Operating Room experience.
