Therapeutic Transportation Coordinator

At Intercept Health, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Therapeutic Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a Therapeutic Transportation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing safe and supportive transportation to at-risk children and youth to and from school, medical appointments, visitation, and other requested locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily transportation to at-risk children and youth, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Complete all required documentation, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents with mental illness or skills training preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
