Position Overview

As May Mobility embarks on an exciting growth trajectory, we are expanding our unique autonomous shuttle and mobility services nationwide. We are in search of a seasoned Site Supervisor to join our local team.

As a Site Supervisor, you will collaborate with your colleagues and operate independently to guarantee a secure and positive experience for our riders, contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators, and clients by managing daily logistics and addressing any challenges that may arise. You will report directly to the Site Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring that May Mobility surpasses customer satisfaction expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all operations during each shift adhere to stringent safety protocols; continuously cultivate an exemplary safety culture.
  • Implement daily procedures and monitor site performance metrics to systematically enhance outcomes.
  • Become proficient in swiftly gathering, documenting, and reporting feedback on mechanical and vehicle-related concerns to the engineering team; collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve escalations that could adversely affect operations.
  • Foster a work environment that values every team member.
  • Be available to cover shifts during non-standard business hours.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across various platforms; meticulous attention to detail in all situations.
  • High comfort level in making decisions in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Understanding of best practices for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in operations or logistics.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
Physical Requirements
  • Standard office working conditions, which include but are not limited to:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting.
    • Prolonged periods of standing.
    • Extended computer use.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 USD
