  • Overseeing portion control for service.
  • Properly storing and handling raw and prepared food items, ensuring accurate labeling.
  • Adhering to local health department regulations in food handling practices.
  • Implementing effective food handling techniques to minimize waste and manage costs.
  • Reporting equipment maintenance needs and facilitating necessary repairs.
  • Acting as a liaison for staff-related issues, communicating with Human Resources as needed.
  • Complying with uniform, grooming, safety, and sanitation standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possession of ServeSafe Certification & Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Capability to lead and inspire others while demonstrating supervisory knowledge.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and creative skills; eagerness to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

  • Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
