Solve IMG is seeking a Customer Solutions Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The Customer Solutions Professional will be responsible for supporting our customers via EDI, offering thoughtful and knowledgeable solutions to satisfy their inquiries and troubleshoot any product issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide best-in-class service.
  • Enter and create corresponding sales orders upon receipt of customer purchase orders.
  • Work closely with the IT Department to bring in EDI and E-Commerce sales orders.
  • Prepare accurate price quotes for customers, including estimates of related shipping charges and expected delivery dates.
  • Stay current with product knowledge to be able to accurately advise our customers with the best product options.
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, regarding any adjustments, returns, credits or shipment tracking.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager to gain pertinent customer information.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other internal departments to identify the best solutions for our customers.
  • Set-up client accounts in our internal CRM, and maintain and update all necessary client information.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
