Position Overview:

Nayamode is looking for an experienced Production Manager to take on a pivotal role as a v-contractor. This position involves overseeing the workflow, ensuring quality assurance, and delivering a variety of assets with a primary focus on scientific education rather than conventional marketing or public relations. The environment is distinct from traditional design agencies, featuring a collaborative team structure that emphasizes equal contribution, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Production Strategy: Formulate and manage production timelines, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to meet project requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Evaluate project specifications, manage resources efficiently, and uphold delivery schedules and milestones.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with designers to foster excellence in execution. Collaborate with Quantum Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to distill complex technical concepts into accessible content.
  • Budget Management: Initiate Purchase Orders (POs) and oversee the production budget, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards for all outputs, ensuring alignment with the objectives of scientific education.
  • Live Event Production: Experience in live production is advantageous, contributing to the planning and execution of live events or productions.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years working alongside creative professionals, including graphic designers, 3D artists, motion graphics artists, UX/UI designers, and video production teams.
  • Support for Executives: Demonstrated experience in providing support to C-level executives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft tools and project management software. Familiarity with creative applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and 3D pipeline tools is essential.
  • Flexibility: Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Background in Science/Journalism: Experience in scientific education, journalism, or digital media is highly valued.
