The Information Technology division at Russell Tobin & Associates is collaborating with a leading Technology client that has an opening for a Senior Visual Presentation Specialist.
Location: Remote in United States
Pay Rate Range: $50 - $54/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: + months contract
Overview:
The Visual Presentation Specialist is tasked with crafting high-quality and captivating presentations that effectively convey messages to diverse audiences and for various purposes. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams throughout the organization to grasp their presentation goals and design presentations that align with the Company's branding standards.
Within our team, the specialist will be required to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Additionally, they should offer constructive feedback and support to fellow designers and team members. Beyond presentations, this position may also encompass visual diagram creation, enabling the design of diagrams and charts that clarify intricate concepts and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify their presentation requirements and objectives
- Design and produce high-quality presentations that effectively communicate essential messages and data
- Ensure that all presentations adhere to the company's branding guidelines and visual identity
- Utilize a range of graphic design tools and techniques to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of presentations
- Create diagrams and charts that represent complex concepts and processes
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Provide feedback and mentorship to other presentation designers and collaborators
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Adobe Suite of products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft products (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Experience in presentation design or visual design
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design samples, including diagrams and charts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Creative and innovative mindset
